Project description

Based on drafts for spatial and functional development designed in the previous project KOBRA key measures and functional zones have been identified on a spatial level. In defining development perspectives for the municipalities, the region's supra-local planning provisions had to be considered as well as the ideas of the biosphere region "Green Centre".
