Project description
UNESCO biosphere parks are international models characterised by the cooperation of regional economy and the protection of areas of unspoiled nature. In the eastern part of the Weinviertel Region, the setting up of a trilateral biosphere park has been discussed. mecca prepared a feasibility study as basis for decision-making. The overall objective was to develop tools in cooperation with the Austrian, Czech and Slovakian inhabitants to foster economic development in the light of the unique landscape.
