In 2008 the EUREGIO Innovation Award was offered for the seventh time by the regional management of Lower Austria and its partners (from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary) for innovative, cross-border projects under the slogan "Ready for Projects - Start of new cooperations". mecca supported the preparation and implementation of the event.
