Project description
The Lower Austrian state authorities want an early start to defining their position within the future configuration of the EU Program for European Territorial Cooperation (ETC). The findings will be entered into the intra-Austrian discourse and then discussed further and carried out at the state level. In the end, this should include agreement with the partner programs in the neighbouring countries of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. mecca is consulting the Lower Austrian task group and producing a discussion paper on the future of the ETC in Lower Austria.
Service catalogue
The professional consulting should be completed by November 2010 and achieve the following milestones:
- Development of the content structure of the discussion paper
- Creation of a thesis paper and discussion within the task group
- Produce a first draft of the discussion paper, present to task group for review
- Finalisation of the discussion paper, presentation to the State of Lower Austria
