Project description
The purpose of the potential- and network analysis is to examine the existing potentials in the regions of Lower Austria, Burgenland and Vienna as well as in the self governing regions of Bratislava and Trnava and the city of Bratislava. Additionally, further potentials are determined. Through the embedding of the results into networks and organizational structures the potentials can secure sustainably.

potentials analysis:
Identification of relevant key factors for an integrated regional developtment (strenghts and weaknesses), surveying opportunities and risks for regional development in the entire region that should be used or avoided; determination of potentials for deep cooperation (central issued that need more focus, because they possess special development potentials.
network analysis:
Surveying and evaluation of the network itself ("who cooperates on which issues how intensively");
assessment of the resulting future potentials/future issues ("how does the network have to change in order to be able to realize these potentials").
Therefore the 11 thematic fields of the current EU-regulation have been used.
