Project description

The goal of the project was to develop a leadership strategy for the future implementation of European Groupings of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) in Lower Austria. Based on previous cross-border cooperation projects, a requirements profile was developed to support successful project implementation. Then mecca explored the viability of this requirements profile under the structure of EGTC. The end result was the identification of key objectives in order for an EGTC to be established in Lower Austria.
